About the Dental House Group
We are the home of GENTLE dentistry.
The Dental House Group is a family of dental practices across Melbourne’s north-west, founded by Dr Fong Yong. The group was built around a single principle: dental care should be delivered around the patient, not the other way around.
Taylors Lakes Dental House is the newest location under the group, led by Dr Tania Phan. Wherever you join us, you become part of a team focused on considered, patient-centred care in a warm, professional environment.
We invest in current equipment, ongoing training, and the people who deliver the work. That includes more than 300 hours a year of continued professional development across the group.

Open Positions
Dentist:
You bring the clinical skill and the patient-first mindset. We bring the modern equipment, the supportive team, and the room to keep developing your practice through ongoing training.
Whether you have a general focus, a specialist interest, or you are earlier in your career, we would love to hear from you.
Oral Health Therapist:
Oral Health Therapists are central to how we deliver preventive care and hygiene across the group.
If you take pride in a thorough clean, honest conversations with patients about their home care, and building the kind of long-term relationships that keep patients coming back, this could be the right seat for you.
Dental Nurse:
The dental nurse role is where the clinical work and the patient experience meet. Great nurses keep appointments running smoothly, put anxious patients at ease, and quietly hold the whole day together.
We are looking for someone who:
- Follows clinical protocols carefully
- Respects patient confidentiality without exception
- Shows patience and empathy with anxious patients
- Takes safety and infection control seriously
- Knows their way around dental terminology and equipment
Dental Administrator:
The face of the practice, sometimes literally. You are the first person patients see when they walk in, the voice on the phone, and the calm centre of a busy front desk.
The role covers scheduling, patient records, health fund and payment plan queries, and general office coordination. Comfort with software, phones, and honest multitasking is essential.
